Director Of Food & Beverage
Purgatory’s Director of Food and Beverage, Samantha Lamberth coordinates the club’s weddings, banquets, outings, beverage carts, snack shop and Confessional/lounge refreshments. As the acting Executive Chef, Samantha hosts monthly wine dinners for the public to enjoy.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Volunteer State with an AAS in Culinary Arts, is an ACF Certified Culinarian, completed a 3 year apprenticeship at Opryland Hotel and has a BS in Business Management from Western Governor’s University.
Samantha has an extensive background working for independent restaurants in Nashville, TN. She was the Executive Chef for Temple Hills Country Club and Food and Beverage Manager for King’s Creek Golf Club. Samantha has won many awards over the years in various cooking competitions, and recently won Salesperson of the Year from Billy Casper Golf Course Management.
