Last Men’s Night Ended in Football Fashion

By: Tony Adragna on September 6th, 2013

The last Purgatory Men’s Night of the season was held last night, September 5.  The theme for the evening was football, as last night was the opening night of the NFL.

Rather than using traditional golf scoring, the participants in the Men’s Night used football scoring, where the highest score won.  A birdie was seven points (touchdown), a par was three points (field goal), and a bogey was negative two points (safety).  Teams were comprised of three individuals that played in a scramble format.

Here are some photos from the event:

Ready to ship out and start the tournament!

Teeing off hoping for a….touchdown?!

On the right track to a TD.

We appreciate everybody that participated in the Men’s Night this season, and we hope to see you back in the spring!
