Want to tell us what you think of our new golf instruction book? Give us your feedback, what you like, what you don’t like, what you want us to add, delete, you get the idea. If you’d like to participate, all you have to do is leave a comment.
We will get in touch with you by e-mail (you have to leave your e-mail in order to leave a comment). When we contact you, we’ll send you a form that we’ll ask you to sign and return saying that:
- You won’t share the book with anyone else, and
- We have your permission to use any comments you provide.
Yes, I know #2 seems pretty obvious, but it’s a legal issue in the publishing industry. We’ll ask you to give us your feedback within 2 weeks, you can take longer if you need to, but your comments may not make the first edition, which is actually, I think going to be the 3rd edition by the time it gets to print.
We will read and discuss every comment. Of course I can’t promise that every word suggested will make the final book. But I can tell you that ever word will be seriously considered. That is one of the great beauties of today’s internet, everyone has a voice.
After we get feedback from our friends, we will use publishing specialists, like editors, and proofreaders to further polish our new book. When it’s completed, it will be free to anyone who subscribes to our e-mail list. If a someone doesn’t want to subscribe (like my darling but paranoid friend Eileen), she will be able to buy the book at the traditional on-line retail establishments in an electronic or print version.
By the way, the idea to share our book with anyone willing to take the time to read it and give us feedback came from the author APE, How To Publish Your Book, Guy Kawasaki. So hat tip to Guy, brilliant idea.
So, want to tell us what you think?
